TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. For sales enquiries and general enquiries, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Do allow us up to 48 hours to respond to enquiry emails.
2. The item as modeled may slightly different in terms of colour due to monitor’s resolution.
3. All prices stated on our website are in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (RM / MYR). All payments have to be made in RINGGIT MALAYSIA. Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.
4. Please ensure you have selected the correct item in the correct colors before checking out as Juju Milky will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed . Juju Milky will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed and no exchanges or refunds will be allowed if wrong colors are selected.
5. Juju Milky is unable to combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
6. For discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refund will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
7. Please note that by adding items into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the items. Items is only secured upon submission of payment.
8. After you had placed your order, we will reserve your goods for a maximum period of 24 hour until we receive your payment. Order will be cancel without any notice and goods will be released if we are unable to receive any payment from you within the time period given.
9. All the payments will be verified within 24 hours.
10. Fulled refund if out of stock items.
11. Upon payment verification, orders will be shipped out within 3 working days, otherwise will be informed if fail to post on the date.The courier will deliver the parcel within 2 working days after it has been processed for delivery. Tracking number will be update after delivered.
Returns & exchanged is only applicable if the goods that you receive are having manufacturing defect.Please contact Juju Milky customer service at email@example.com
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In case of item defects, Incorrect item sent, please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective area / item and send it to us to our email before we request for the item to be mailed back within 3 days from the item is upon received. Email after 3 days regarding to exchanges or returns will not be entertained. Defected items have to be mailed back to us within 7 working days from the feedback and kindly provide us the tracking number. Items should be returned new, unused, and with the original Juju Milky's packaging and invoice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Juju Milky. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
We will send you an email notification once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be credited to your account via store credit only.
Customers are required to bear the shipping costs for any returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at Juju Milky. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage.All returns must be sent using PosLaju or other express courier that provides tracking service. Please retain your tracking number until the process is completed, and Juju Milky is not responsible for any lost in the return delivery process.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 days from the feedback. Returns outside these time frames is not be entertain and accept by Juju Milky.
